    I can’t stop grinning, I don’t know how many times I had that with Deutsche Telecom.
    Still the same behaviour as  ever since the company was a government Office 100 years ago ;-)

      We went to one of their shops to make the staff make the phonecall. Even they had to wait for 10 minutes before being able to speak to someone. Right back at them! :p

     I nowadays send a letter. Works better. Not good. But better than calling.

      Ah no, sending letters has proven to not work, ever (from my experience with a couple of services in Germany). And if it does, they call you to reply…
