not just immigrants are affected by the slob syndrome. I personally blame an overintake of carbs for it. the m,ore I eat, the less I get done, the worse I feel etc…
Yeah, I know… eating healthy food gives you more energy to do things. But the more listless you are, the more you crave fastfood…
How about trying meditating and use some aromatherapy. Lavender is great for relaxation.

Why don’t you try something new? I’m not comparing you to you-know-who, because you are not that stuck in your ways, but what about some exercise (yoga/dance/etc)?
