…and Rex cats have very short crinkly fur…
most of our g-pigs growing up were part-Abyssinians, and they have quite coarse fur (and rosettes). I couldn’t tell you if they are relatively round, ALL g-pigs are relatively round to my eyes!
Oh! Obelix’s fur looks like that, except it’s pretty rough to the touch, like a sheep. :’D
Hahaha yes, guinea pigs are pretty round; Poppadum’s a rosette (and a fatty–maybe mostly a fatty). The ones with sleek hair are quite pointy though, front and back (our previous pig had a very pointy bum!).
Well, I think it’s interesting that Obelix is a Rex! Actually, I’m more interested in the fact that Rex guinea pigs have rough, coarse fur. Rex is also the name of a rabbit breed, but they are known for their dense, extremely soft fur.
*Googles* ..Ooohh! They look so silky soft! That’s really odd indeed, what a contrast!
