Thanks to Toni for recommending Onigiri Shop Waraku (German website, under construction) in Düsseldorf to me. It was Onigiri Valhalla.
The Japanese are genius. The nori was separately wrapped so it stayed super crispy until consumed. Wow!

oishi!!!! Hontoni!
I agree! :3
I-have-to-come-and-visit-you! O_O
Here in Milan I found only one chinese-japanese restaurant that sells onigiri at 11€ (pretty good and very big indeed…but still 11€ each!)
That was in Dusseldorf though, not in Frankfurt, where I live. T_T Dang, €11 for ONE? It’s just a lump of rice (despite fancy filling)???
yeah, don’t tell me U_U
jap food is quite expensive here…oh well…EVERYTHING is quite expensive here! >.<'
You can find cheap onigiri in the Japanese corner of Hauptbahnhof’s Galeria. You have to be lucky, though, they’re sold out quite fast :/
Someone just told me that too! I’ll make sure to have a look. Thanks! :3 Iimori does them too, but for a lot of money…
