    In Amsterdam we have a all-you-can eat place with a clever solution for this. They tell you at the start they hate wasting food, and the will charge you extra if you leave leftovers on your plate.

    Oh my goodness! That sounds heavenly. DEFINITELY on my to-do list when I go to Frankfurt. And yes. Shame on the people who don’t finish their food! Ugh.
