I’ve been wanting to try a vegetable delivery subscription, and as far as I know this is the only company that delivers in Frankfurt am Main. The service was great (I had a Dutch staff member on the phone, bwaha) and the produce seems to be of good quality so far.
The Schnuppertüte is a bag of random stuff (always changing, but the website mentions its content) for a discount price of €15, free delivery. :3

I think I’ll try that Schnueppertuete too, 15 Euro is pretty inexpensive for all those things you can get. I used to go to organic shop quite often, but since Aldi and Lidl offer quite a lot of Bio products now, I don’t really go to organic shops anymore. Btw, I comment here because I want to :-) , actually I do enjoy reading your comic diary and find it entertaining, especially because I can relate to it, after all we live in the same country, and pst pst* I wanted to be a mangaka when I was younger, but I let it go since I wasn’t (and still am not) talented enough ;). Maybe we should meet up one day, I am Chinese too, even though I can’t speak Chinese…:(
Oh! If you know anyone with a Mainova Sparbuch, there’s a coupon in there for a free Schnuppertüte! XD I ordered mine without the coupon though. Wish I could opt for organic meat more often too, but that’s still near not affordable… :<
That sounds like a nice idea actually, and easy as you work nearby anyway– but what language would be speak to each other? Broken German (I assume yours is flawless) or English? :p
Wow, that is pretty neat.
Our farmers market is pretty sparse and overpriced the few days a month it is open. :(
The markets here in Frankfurt are very expensive too, for some reason..it’s like they sell luxury products. I’m pretty sure we always went to the market back home-home because it was cheaper (and more fresh)!
I am so fed up of supermarker fruit and veg tasting of nothing. It sounds delish!
Is it really a random bag, or do they calculate that you can make like 3 meals a week with the contents of the bag, for 2 persons? That is the concept most Dutch companies use. But I do like your mix-and-match bag :)
This was a random bag for two people, about enough for 5 days I guess. Unfortunately they don’t do surprise bags, or at least companies that do don’t deliver in Hessen. :'( Next time will have to be a normal custom order.
