In My Dreams, There Was An Ex-Cupcake Fly Splatter Fest
Did it turn out good? I tried making royal icing once and all I got was a bowl full of a wannabe-white liquid :( (still looking for the perfect recipe!)
I used the first Google hit, which was a link to Joy of Baking (http://www.joyofbaking.com/RoyalIcing.html). It turned out okay actually! Thought it would become a bit harder, but maybe that’s because I had to put the lid of the tupperware on straight away after applying (damn flies!) instead of letting it air a bit. I think it’s a good base recipe, try it and then try to make it better. :)
