I remember those disco fruits in the family Christmas tree xD No idea how long we’ve had them ;) I wonder what the street cleaners thought of the balloons in the phone booth! Hehehe.
Also, had no idea Nintendo Germany employed so many people??

I’ll bring the disco ball next time I go home. It can go in this year’s tree! :3
Two offices were invited so it wasn’t just our deparments. And people were allowed to bring a guest. :)

i just love the way you have made this comic! especially the three panels with the floating guy(though i didn’t quite get the reference:) )…
it would look great in colour!

Ah, I just added the explanation in another reply below. :) Wish I had the patience to draw the crowds, but there were so many people!
Hm… are you sure? It was a disco theme so everything was flashing orange and pink with lots of disco balls reflecting bits of light on everything. Psychedelic. ;)

Great job on drawing the dress. It looks like a nice one. Those portions were served in small jars?

    • Tze says:

Thanks. :) Yeah, a lot of the fingerfood came in tiny jars, it looked posh (maybe just a clever way to mask cheap food).

The floating guy in panels 11-13  needs some expanation, a human-shaped balloon?

        • Tze says:

A colleague who had tied balloons to both of his ears. Making him float was a way to show he also found his happy place… kind of an inside joke I guess. :)

You eat everything? JEALOUS. I’m such a picky eater. It annoys me that I don’t like to eat so many things.

    • Tze says:

It can be annoying for others too when I don’t understand why they can’t “just eat things”. Being picky seems to be the norm. :)
